Last of the Psychopomp series. Cheers! Name: Psychopomp Alignment: Neutral 0 Element: Shadow Stage 1: See Reaper post Stage 2: Pariah. Tall figure in dull gray armor. Long silver hair hides away most of his face, single tired eye visible. No weapon, but his hands glow faintly. Stage 3: Samael. (No, not the demon from Darksiders. Samael was an tempter and a supporter of human evil, but he was an agent of God all the same.) Tall figure in dull gray armor with black-as-sin wings. Long silver hair hides away most of his face, single hateful eye visible. Hovers. Hands glow fiercely. Concept cards: Pariahs Gain: See Dead King post Defiance: Cost 0, Effect Instant loss. Second time Defiance is used, deals damage equal to 1.2 x (Your HP – Enemy HP), rounded up, OR 0.9 x (Enemy HP – Your HP), rounded up, using values from the first time Defiance is used and depending on which value is higher. If Your HP = Enemy HP, Defiance is wasted. Second use resets the counter. Apologies for the complexity (and probably the coding), but… Kingdoms Fall: Cost 3, Requirements 5 Victories, Effect If 5 Victories achieved, all defense cards receive -1 charge cost, and all attack cards gain +2 damage. Lasts 5 turns. Counter does not reset. (Basically, after 5 victories, this card can be used indefinitely… until you lose.) If 5 victories are not achieved, card becomes Cost 5, Effect 4 unblockable damage, but counter resets. Reapers Creed: Cost 0, Effect Skips next turn, increases possession chance by x2. I wanted a character that works over a series of battles, rather than one… we’ll see. For the Psychopomp series as a whole: Since these guys are a little OP, evolutions a little harder. You have to level it normally, but as well as that, sacrifices must be made. To get to Master, a Veteran-class character must be sacrificed. To get to Legendary, a Master-class character must be sacrificed. These are all suggestions, liable to change… so if you don’t like it, you can remove the whole sacrifice thing. Or the series, for that matter. There are a hundred good characters in this thread to choose from, after all. Anyway, if anyone thinks of an Apprentice-class character for this series, let me know. Ciao.
