i'll post the clues and answers once i find them. i'll update everytime a new clue is added, and post the answer once it has been found. if you're an ROL member and wish to help go here
clues so far:
1. The Light dragon was last seen flying over a dark forest.
answer: Nocturu forest (answered by me)
2a. Incy Wincy won't be found here but Liora might have been.
2b. i can see this place from a beastly school
Answer: the Maelstrom (answered by Kandymine)
3. The Light Dragon went to the old place, that is new
Answer: Lolosia (answered by me)
4/ Liora said she was going to fly to a dry nail
answer: Dragonclaw Island (answered by JoshuaTKS)
5a. Belaqwaya told Joshuatks that he had seen two dragons flying by. They went towards the place of statue hunting.
5b. At Fariwind Spring Kandy talks to Sarah Renee who has not seen Liora and tells her to see the Professor. The Professor says "I've seen no dragons here recently." "Hmm, interesting." "Statues can also be called Bronzes you know."

6. Galanoth tells Silver Dragon to hunt for Liora beyond the grey, risen from the red. Master of the freely moving positive and negative.

7. "They went to the previous one."
7B/ "H'mm, previous one. The one before you. Ancestor, maybe? Is he a dragon hunter?"

8. Yulgar says "The Light Dragons went to find the three from eight."

9. Warlic tells Silver Dragon to look for the dog under the moon. Liora flew that way.

10. "2,1,3 is the number of the next location."
10b. On a dead troll JoshuaTKS found a note saying "I.O.U." on the front, and on the back "R"
answer: Krovesport (answered by LINKTHECHAMPION)
11. Valencia tells Link that Liora stole some rare items from her. She is too busy to chase Liora herself and will pay to have them returned. "The spies and rogues of Krovesport have heared that you should search for Liora in a place where firelight has wings."
