And yes, the Gameocide event is going rare. Only people with the painting will be able to replay it.

Akriloth Head Portrait Description:

Galanoth didn't want to pose for this portrait with the Akriltoh Head of the Eternal Dragon of Time either. Fifty paperclips, 3 rubber balls, and a can of glue helped persuade him though.

Item is already in the pedia. Please make sure an item is not in the pedia already, before providing information on it. Thanks though. ~Balu

In essence: wouldn't the people who can buy the painting already have the painting?
If that's the case, we'll also have to remove all the others going on the same logic :P But since the painting is there for us to bring us to the shop, which has the painting for us to buy so that we can go into the same shop again along with the same rewards, we'll keep it as it is, without Rare tags... well that'll be a paint-ception! *confuzzled*

On a serious note though, nope, no changes to be made. Until today! Rare tags added for consistency. ~whacky

Also I would like to confirm if Abyss Wyrm (150) can really encountered at lvl150 in the house? The monster gives gold/exp and so I don't really understand the need at that level. Where else can you find him?
I didn't find him in docks in Deren too.
