 At the very VERY beginning of the game, I was like, "OMG 20000k mech!" I thought there'd be no way that you could get that much credits. But I really started grinding and finally bought the Newbatron v1337

Call me a noob, but the first thing I remember was the Bug Invasion. Then, I thought the Large Military Repeater was impossibly strong.

I was here from the very start painstakingly waiting for that 'land ship' button to appear.

The DMR is my best memory of mechquest ever, I remember the weeks I spent farming for it and the satisfaction I got when I finally bought it.

 I can remember when I thought that pizza slicer (it did 10-20 dmg ar sth like that, and had 1CD) was uber weapon, and farming 95k for hammerhead on ghost quests was really painfull.

i remember i farmed for days in my gingerbread mecha against the spider to buy the hammerhead..it was really uber at that time!>>

I was there before soluna. I tried my luck in the war but back then I was in the newbatron and couldn't even squash a shadow glider, so I got stumped.

I always wasnted to see those salvage shops! And of course once they turned up again (at least, I think they did, I never saw the inside of them) in the crystal war I wasn't interested all of a sudden because I had much cooler weaponry on my side. shame. The first weapon I ever bought was a back shoulder Freshman laser pointer. Then smokey flamethrower. I kept using the machine gun right up till I got the mama mia mega slicer, because it's zero cooldown was useful

Ah the days when I would farm for the WolfBlade mech non-stop....... it was worth it though.......

Probably when the police station was released and I thought it was impossible, then the Christmas head came out...

I remember the first ShS war, good times, we finished in like 2 days, and when the hammerhead slightly outclassed the DMR was so awesome

Farmed for the level 12 wolfblade non-stop with my police mech....... but oh man it was worth the non-stop farming

my uber setup (for that time):
newbatron V1
FA:Squire's Volt Sword
BA:Bargain Bin Laser
FS:none
BS:N-OOB Missile (x2)
i could never farm 20k for a new mech.

I remember using my newbatron until lvl 8 cause i couldn't afford anything else. Finally when the ghost mechas came out, i bought one.

omg i couldnt afford anything but the newbatron till lvl 8 too cause it was really hard getting a new mech just when i was gonna get a lvl 3 mech as i got fed up, the change happened and wow i had enough for a alvl 8 mech, bought the battlehammer v2 which was available to all back then although now it costs NG and it served me well till about lvl12-lvl15

My first rare was the SDF Trooper level 17. I didn't keep it very long. Then, the Bug War, and the Equinox level 18. Ah, the Equinox... Good times, gooood times. Still have it, too, and I'm level 33.
