I was looking around C&C, and while scanning threads, I noticed something.

Poor Cow Face HAS NO COMMENTS!

GASPETH!

So, I decided to come here and say a bit.

First of all, my favorite was Poem for the Future. Great meaning, and very impacting. The world really is turning into a bunch of sleazebags, huh?

Everything else was pretty good, except for Red, White, and Grey.

It was AWESOME! My second favorite, this poem uses colors to describe a horrible and senseless battle.

Good job!

Two more poems posted. Here's the link to the first one, If I Weren't Blind, Angel. It's my first ever attempt at a romantic poem, so... Sorry if it's bad.

The other is Think And Question, Then Repeat. Much more my usual style, inspired by the name for my poetry thread.

Heya Cow Face!

I really like your poems, they really bring their message on beautifally, although some are more song lyrics than poems in my opinion (Ofcourse, they are kind of interchangeable.)

I especially like your first one, although with this one I did get more of a song in my head, but that could also jsut be because the flow is very good!

I'm never much of a romantic poem-reader (Though I do try to write em sometimes), so I don't really like your Angel one, 1 thing that kind of sprang out was the use of "thee" (Old-Enlish/romantic language) followed by dunno, which kind of shatters the image.

Do keep up the awesome work though,

 Another new item: A song, Quicksilver. My friends and I are starting a band under the same name, so I wrote this song. I'm not entirely satisfied with it, so criticism is greatly appreciated.

 Crusade is written.

This is the longest- and probably best- poem that I have ever written, and I hope that you all enjoy it. It's about the end of the first Crusade.

Once again, I love the theme of your newest poem.

The "tone" seems to vary a bit, though - I can't decide if it's supposed to be Ye Olde English-type language, or more modern. I know it's just a tiny thing, but part of the reason I'm confused lies in "it's" vs. "it is." If you are, indeed, going for the Olde English thing, perhaps you could consider the use of "'tis'?" (<- Wow, talk about nightmares in punctuation. e_e") But yeah, contractions in general tend to "modernize" language.

 Shifting, a new (but very short) poem that I wrote based on the story I'm currently writing, even though it's been a couple of weeks since I last did anything on it. I might eventually lengthen the poem, but for now I'm leaving it as-is.

Other junk: I added periods where they were needed in A Poem For The Future, since I just now realized that I had left them out.

Awww... poor Cow Face! Despite the fact you have, like, the coolest title ever, 'most all your posts are by yourself! :(
