Summary: Each base has two health bars, one for their actual base, and one for their weapon. Whenever their base is attacked, their weapon also suffers damage, and when their weapon is damaged, it works less efficiently, causing it to do less damage.
Before I get into the details, please know that I decided not to work with lots of numbers and to leave them so the AE Team or whoever has too much free time lol…I also tried to do it fair for everyone, and let’s forget about the fact that Aerodu was supposed to be offensive, Geoto the balance, and Nautica the defense. With my idea, this will lie all in the member’s decisions.
Clan’s base HP bar:
It will work exactly how it has been until now. You heal your base, and your base regains hp. The event/war/whatever_we_are_doing will probably end when each clan’s hp reached 0 or a minimum limit. When the clan gets to that number, that clan will have lost. Since a base is designed and built according to the number of members, the “limit” or hp that base needs to get to in order to lose will be calculated: hp/members
Healing the base:
Healing the base will directly affect the clan base HP bar, and the efficiency of the weapons. You’ll understand later the latter
Weapons “health bar”:
Ok, first of all, it’s not a health bar. It’s with percentages, to make it a lot easier. Each clan will have a weapon. Aerodu, Geoto and Nautica already have their weapons (missiles, rocks…fireworks…)
When the war or event starts, each clan has a weapon. This weapon works with percentages, which determines how much damage they will do. Think of it as a line, from 30% to 130%. Since the option to donate z-tokens and heal options is already in-game, but without an use, I’ve came up with this solution that I believe will be fair for all clans. Aerodu, Geoto and Nautica, before I go further, your weapons were pretty much damaged by the last war and you had to send them to fix. Sorry :P
Ok, this is how it starts. 5 clan need a weapon, and we have that Dr. Ai-Pang who works with stuff. Somehow, we’ll buy from him (or it could be anybody else really…) the weapons. Aerodu, Geoto and Natuca, send their weapons to fix, just as a silly excuse for all fairness here. It will be calculated like this: Z-Token/Members.
Ok, after we get that number from each clan, we could look at this…whatever that is:
Meh, the idea is simple actually. Depending on the number that comes out of HP/Members at the start of this event, the weapon will start at certain capacity. As I said, it goes from 30%, doing almost no damage, to 100%. At 100%, the weapon will be doing average damage, pretty well.
I already told you that by healing the base you’ll affect as well the weapons. This is where this comes into play. Each clan’s weapon can get to do 130%, in which they’ll be at their maximum. But let’s use some logic, the weapons are at their max, therefore, the defenses of the clan aren’t so good now. I mean, all energy is going to the weapons and not to the defenses. Therefore, when weapons start doing over 100% damage, that clan will receive 110% damage. So, if Geoto attacked Aerodu doing 100 damage, when Aerodu’s weapons start doing over 100% damage, Aerodu will do more damage to Geoto, but Geoto will do 110 damage to Aerodu. This is where it got messy for me, the fact that doing more damage to an opponent makes your opponent do more damage to you, and vice-versa. Anyway, since I don’t think there’ll be a one on one war, I like this idea because the clan will need to decide whether to attack or defend. So, Igneus could be doing a lot of damage to Aerodu, but Geoto might start attacking Igneus, and then Igneus would need to heal.
Now, let’s suppose a clan is going to lose. How can that clan possibly win, if they decide to heal and heal and heal, when by doing that they will make their weapons more powerful and therefore take even more damage? Simple, the weapons are affected as well by the damage done to the base by other clans. I’m not gonna enter into numbers…I already said it. So, that clan that desperately needs to heal, cannot possibly go over the 100% of their weapons because the % of that weapon will be low.
Said that, with logic we can state that: the less hp a clan has, the less damage it will do to other clans. And while this might sound unfair, it is completely fair, logic, and whatsoever.
Ok, I’m gonna end this post right now. There are probably “small details” or “mistakes” that I did or maybe something contradicts something else and at the end nothing makes sense…meh, this was a first draft. I hope that you at least have the idea of what I was talking about xD.
