I was using UGP and equipped Guardian Kragoth's Helm, I then unequipped it right after and instead of having UGP's skull face I had my normal face

Interesting interaction. I'm ... not actually sure what we can do about it; we'll have to look into it and see if anything can be done. ~Aelthai

Don't know if this is the right place, and if it had already been posted.

I was using the Fujin Plate then equiped Terror Visage, game just stopped working, waited more than a hour, the helmet just apears at top left side of the screen.

Yup. Fujin interacts with helms very badly. ~Aelthai

I after useing gigasnide misc. with giga snide already on you get full health though I need to check on this more before I know for sure

Edit: You dont get full health, but it does bring up your health after you attack if you hadnt attacked yet

Type of bug : Graphical error

Bug details: Lycan armour tail missing
Before bug occurred: Its been like that everytime I equipped the armour

During Bug: Tail missing on armour

After bug: nothing yet

 Type of Bug: Misc. Item glitch

Bug Detail: Whenever I attempt to equip the Pet Whistle, the screen shows "Activating Item" but never finishes loading the item. I have used this item extensively before, and it only started doing this a couple days ago. I have a reliable connection and Flash Player 10, but it always freezes on the "Activating Item" message, and then I have to reload the page. It has done this multiple times whether I run IE 8 or Firefox 3.0.

I have cleared my cache, logged back in, tried equipping it with different armors, weapons, pets, or enemies, but to no avail.

Internet Explorer Version: 8.0.6001.18702
Mozilla Firefox Version: 3.0.19
Flash Version: 10.1.82.76

Nothing has changed about it ... and I just checked and it's still working. Unfortunately, all i can guess is that you got a bad cached file - perhaps your ISP cached a bad file and you got it again when you cleared cache? My recommendation is to try going to a different webpage, completely clear your cache, then try logging iin and see if it works. You should then be able to download the non-corrupted file. There's one MAJOR flaw with the mystery mail armor that I sometimes use. On the werepyre quest and when getting Vince's gold my player doesn't want to load.

That is usually a connection issue, not an armor issue. If you have it loading sometimes, it's an issue on your end and not something we can fix. ~Aeltha

Golden Axe's special messes with Eye of Naab, so Eye of Naab (when you click on it after GA's special) takes away health equal to what you would have healed with Golden Axe's special even when you don't have the full set equipped. I had Obverse Brigandine equipped, NOT the full set. What?

EDIT: not Golden Axe. Powershard Hogg. Don't equip Powershard Hogg and click Eye of Naab! You will kill yourself. Solution: re-equip Eye of Naab after equipping the Powershard Hogg or just don't use them together.

not a bug. Eye of Naab undoes any gains in its time window as well as any losses. It may be redefined at some point, but for now that's how it's supposed to work. ~Ael

 When using the Misc. item Dread Visage with the Vayu Plate equipped, it locks up the game.

Removing the shield or changing the weapon doesn't fix the problem, but when using the Dread Visage with any other armor, then switching back to Vayu lets it work fine.

Yes, that's an issue with Vayu and any helm item, unfortunately. ~Aelthai

Staff of Necromantic Rule never loads when equipped on my Virulent Chimeran Champion and Chieftain's IronThorn. (So far that's the only combo I tried).

I just checked, and it is working for me. Please try logging out, clearing your cache, and trying again - you may have a bad file cached. ~Aelthai

 Hey, I've been having problems with my Shadow Cloak. It always gets stuck at the loading screen whenever i switch to it in battle. I tried changing it to my login gear.

Now I can't login because it won't load as my starting equipment. I've cleared my cache multiple times and used another browser. I think the problem lies inherently with the armor itself.

I just checked, and it is working for me. Please try logging out, clearing your cache, and trying again - you may have a bad file cached. If that doesn't work, I'll need to know what the rest of your starting equipment is. ~Aelthai

Hmm, that's rather odd. I'm sure you're not the only one to have Shadow Cloak as your starting equipment...do you have the latest version of flash?

 That is rather strange. I can suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version of Flash, it may or may not help but it is worth trying.

 My starting equipment is the Shadow Cloak, Shadowbones and Shadowspear, along with the Fairy Godmother.

My browser is currently Firefox 3.6.10

Ohh, its the Shadow Cloak causing problem.
I was thinking that it had to be the new stuff I bought from the Seeker's quest.
And yea, I have Shadow Cloak as my starting equipment, and also having problem logging in with

@sharzky: Hmmm, very strange....
Do you also start out with Shadowbones as your default shield?
Perhaps it is an issue with the shield if that's the case??

 Might as well make a post for this :-p

I've been testing the equipment called out on this page, and I can't find any of it that won't load. It's also just one or two people having issues with each item; when we break an item that is as common as these are, we usually get LOTS of reports.

Therefore, these all look like local cache issues. (That is, you happened to download a file that got corrupted during the download - thereafter the game will hang). It's very uncommon, but does happen (I think I've had it happen twice offhand in the what, four years I've been playing AQ?).

Please go to another webpage, completely clear your cache, then come back here and try logging in. This SHOULD work. If it doesn't, please post again and include:

Your character ID (yes, I need the specific ID, not just the name) - a link to your character page will work well.
Your entire starting inventory (weapon, armor, shield, and pet) if possible
On the loading screen, which part didn't load (for example, if it says Player: Ready then your player loaded fine and it's something else that didn't load).

Bug/Giltch : Not enough mana and used spell

I was playing a monster when I was using SheerHide Armor and had enough MP to use the spell in SheerHide armor so I switched to Mage Robes, and then I use a spel; thinking I had enough mana, when I didn't and the Quick Spell Icon was lit like I could I did and my screen froze

Quite frequently, rather than attacking, Ancient Water dragon form holds a sword in the air and freezes. As I only really equip it against the Malgru, the weapon is Mjollnir. It's starting to get really annoying.

I refilled my hp/mana potions back to 25 yesterday but it reset back to 24 when I log in today.

You have to fight and complete a battle for it to save your number of potions. ~Zephyros
