Type of bug (Game crash/blackscreen, glitch, graphical error, typo, etc.): Stuck at loading screen, so game crash/blackscreen?

Bug details: While doing the Present Delivery war event, occasionally, the client would get stuck at the loading screen where everything is ready! except for monster and background
Before bug occurred: Game behaved normally, but it will randomly get stuck at loading screen with monster and background not loaded. It makes doing the event very frustrating, having to close and reopen after all the momentum you've built up.

During Bug: Stuck at loading screen

After bug: Stuck at loading screen, can only close and reopen client, losing all momentum built up

Quest/War Bugged: 2021 Frostval The King of Rats and Tatters (Gift Delivery Finale) Present Delivery - Endless Waves
Character Level: 150
Equipment: Pyromancer Bloodmage, Sila's Staff, Celtic Wheel, Cozy Fire Orb, Poelala Pet and Guest

Type of bug: game crash or blackscreen

Bug details: many Guardian Secret Missions for past wars (i don't have the list and gave up to complete those type of missions for some, because it was boring). It seems since the wars are over that the game cannot add the monsters killed to the account and cannot process; at least that's my supposition because it crashes after I got the chest

I can neither finish any Paxia Defense Forces

Also, some of the wars are missing the intermediary cutscenes, making them still more difficult to understand what happens. i did not keep their tracks; sometimes i was able to read a part of what missed thanks to the people who complete the Encyclopedia or the Submissions

I'm afraid that we need the specific information of which wars have this issue in order to pull up their files. Past wars is a very broad category. Is it recent events that are suddenly missing cutscenes and secret missions, or older ones that may have broken with code updates?

The first part of the 10th Anniversary Quest (The Dracolich part) uses the updated model for the Undead Giant instead of the retro art.

EDIT : Also not sure if this one's relevant since the quest came out in 2003, but in the Little Troubles quest from Aquilla if you summon a different guest to get rid of Petey in the Braken fight it'll appear in the next cutscene instead of Petey when you wake up on the beach.

In The Mutant King pt1 when you pick the 4 magic skulls they will just sit in the middle of the screen spinning endlessly with no way to advance the quest. I tried it 4 times and it did the same thing every time.

EDIT : Also found an example of the previous post about War special missions. After completing the Special Mission in the 2011 Blarney War the "Saving!" wheel just keeps spinning.

In the current Mogloween, in Mogloween Quests, the quest The Dollmaker doesn't trigger when clicked.

Bug details: Blue Scroll of Doom appears at the end of the Crossroads, only some rewards don't cause this.
Before bug occurred: No issues

During Bug: No rewards for completing the Crossroads

After bug: Returns to town

Quest/War Bugged: Crossroads, any location or somewhere
Character Level: 55
Equipment: Guardian Robes, Loremaster Tome, Guardian Shield

Some quests have monsters that, for some reason, have absurdly high stats for their level.
Sometimes it affects all monsters in a quest, and sometimes only certain monsters.

Examples:
Travel Map -> Sail East -> Mt. Thrall -> Alien Bounty.
Examples from that quest:
Level 150 Cor-Dem: STR 250, DEX 500, INT 313, END 63, CHA 313, LUK 438
Level 150 Protean: STR 313, DEX 375, INT 250, END 313, CHA 250, LUK 375
Level 138 Fusian: STR 815, DEX 783, LUK 125
Level 145 Tytoa: STR 625, DEX 655, LUK 530

Travel Map -> Fairwind Spring -> Visit Alana and the Professor -> Talk to Alana x10 -> Mine
Examples from that quest:
Level 155 Magman Superior: STR 572, DEX 513, LUK 455
Level 155 Stone Golem: STR 565, END 638, LUK 514
Level 155 SuperMegaUltraGigaWorm: STR 444, DEX 296, END 444, LUK 148
Level 155 Sneak: STR 444, DEX 489, LUK 400

Surely this cannot be right.
Wasn't sure if this is due to faulty monster lists or if the individual monsters are somehow bugged, so I decided to just post it here.
