i mean by the other missions.
like in the sickbay and all the others.
the only missions i can acess are the ones in the hanger

 To elaborate on what Revokeran had said, the current level cap is 10, but we don't know what the next one will be because the staff have yet to tell us.

Which stat do I train on in order to make my range damage bigger. Is it DEX?

 Revokeran, this is because, after fighting/defeating the stat trainer, it resets your equipment setting, and you revert back to default equips.

Edit: You can add points to both Strength and Dexterity to boost ranged damage.

 @Cookingdaddy: The artistic style of the game is unlikely to change at this point unless the artists need to be replaced for some reason (which I hope won't happen for a long time, I like Hollow XP)

@Guthixpker: You cannot get z-tokens yet, no.

So both STR, and DEX increases ranged damage. Also which one increases your ranged damage more.

 @Sabrxx: Go to the Virtual Reality Deck, the stat trainer sells the retro armor and advanced retro armor.

@Revokeran:
Ranged Damage from Stats = STR/10 + DEX/40 (+ LUK/2 if you get a lucky strike)
Ranged Bonus to Hit from Stats = DEX/8 + LUK/20

Strength provides more ranged damage, but dexterity provides more accuracy for your attacks.

 not if u keep training the same stat, and uhm.. whats the point of guardian retro if it ends on the 17th with beta and guardian wont come out UNTIL beta's over?

 The Trobble One, you to go to the Bridge, then talk to Pra'Mithia, then select the "WarpForce Saga!" button, and then select the only quest. There, you are now in the intro. :3
