I don't know if that's strictly possible, as "pirate" is a way of life, rather than a race/species.
In any case, if pirates did go extinct, I wouldn't be here to do anything about it. ;)

I've been playing Dragonica Online for a little bit, but it's currently between testing stages. Star Wars: The Old Republic isn't out yet and doesn't even have a release date, but I'm looking forward to that. I've also been playing Wizard 101 the past week or so, but I'm starting to run up against areas I'd have to upgrade to get into, and while it's been fun I've got too many other things I want to spend money on. X3 I've also previously dabbled in Perfect World and Sword of the New World, which I might go back to sometime. I spend a good amount of time on Gaia Online, as well, though that's not really a game.
