We already have that. Just look at some of the mechs I posted for the "Wild Frenzy" class. The real issue is in the "Increasing Damage over Time" class. We've had several of the same relative setup in recent times, and those don't have much in the way of strong or unique specials that could be capitalized on. Unlike the Viking or the Falcon, where they had a few unique specials that could be complemented with customization for a better focus besides "IDoT", the Master Blaster and the Nemesis just have a rather standard weapon set that a few Rare or non-Rare equipment can do better. Not to mention, the Nemesis is actually crippled somewhat if it's the FS and BA are not customized while the rest of the unit is. Blademaster/BladeStorm is, by my standards, the last release of the Wild Frenzy class, since the Head and Shoulder specials could be complemented with Arms that have more Buffing/Nerfing effects, or complementing the Arms by adding more damage-based Shoulders and a Damage-boosting Head. While it didn't have any real focus, it was unique in that it made up for that lack of focus with a solid set of strong defaults that could be complemented with via customization. Sure, the defaults were considered to be somewhat OP, but that's what made the mech good and useful despite the lack of focus. With customization, the mech then became, as my 2 examples showed; either a solid Buff/Nerfer or a straight up Damage Dealer.
