In the current war, I just used almost all of the previous SCMM for fun xD

I forgot how much fun they were, specially the Morehawk and Falcon :D

Try it guys, go back to some previous SCMM, before they gather dust in your mech hanger D:

I wish they would scale all the past and future SCMMs to level 100 so we can always use our favorite(s).

Yeah, but what would be the fun of that? You'd basically buy one mecha and be set for "life." I don't think that's very balanced.

@^ Well wouldn't you love to use your favorite(s) SCMM and acutally be your level? It would probalby attract more players to buy star captain status if they did that.

@^ They could make a system where you are able to upgrade your SCMMs at higher levels, it would be better then having the unfair "set for life" scales to 100 mech...

As much as I would like to be able to carry my Reaper or Aegis to the end of days, that would make things a little odd in terms of new mecha. If the staff released upgrade kits indefinitely that could be purchased with Credits, then there would never be an end to the SCMM's lifespan, possibly making all other mechas obsolete (for SCs). As you progress to higher levels, you will "inevitably" develop a large cache of Credits because the required EXP rises. Thus, carrying an SCMM from its lowest level incarnation to one of your current one would only take a matter of hours, if that. The only way I see something like that working is if there was an NG or otherwise "real" cost to the upgrades, as with the Skullcrusher and Sepulchre mechas. (I, for one, would greatly appreciate an NGMM with enhanced armour/damage and perhaps greater scalability.) What is much more likely, however, is that SCMMs will be released fairly regularly with Level ranges suiting the current game world.

While I agree with that, they DO buff seasonal mecha every year effectively making those last forever...

But yeah, I don't want my Mohawk to have to go >_>

I do ^_^
It's fun, just wish I hadn't passed the Reaper or WarBear and missed the Aegis...

@Above: Why'd you pass up those mechs D:

I really regret not getting my SC fast enough to get the Strider. Got my SC the day AFTER the Strider was removed. So, yeah.. *Kicks self*

Love the SCMM, they really changed my life... REALLY O_O

WarBear:I was cheap.
Reaper:I thought the feet looked dumb, ironically I now think it's a fantastic looking mech.
So yeah, pretty dumb reasons >_<

However, I DO wonder why they buff and update seasonal mecha every year...
Why not allow that in the month X mecha comes out whenever a cap is raised you can buy an upgrade kit(expensive, same cost as the mech) effectively buying a higher level version of it.
Same concept as the Seasonal upgrade's in a way.

eh, i ignored the warbear cuz it looked dumb to me actually, and the reaper was a strange, yet cool looking mech to me. Ironically, my favorite SCMM was he very first one, the strider. I loved that mech, sadly it was out grown. I woulda held on to it forever, if for no other reason, because i loved the way it moved and the way it fought. It and the Psychic wing, i love that mech, the way it fought was truly dominant for its counter measures and it looked cool to. I miss them :(

@Knoodles:I loved the Strider as well, unfortunately I didn't establish buying the latest level version so mine's pretty weak. Psychic Wing's apparently pretty good(and kinda cool), I hear Einhander beat Piotr with it....
@Nami:No idea.

I didn't manage to get sc status until just after the warbear went rare. I still have the psychic mech and the blademaster.

There are some scmm's I did sell off on basis that they weren't super impressive.

But I do have some mechs from long ago. For example last year's frostval viking.

@Jouma:Same, though the last one I sold the normal version as it just was a disappointment.
Cosmic Talon and Steve are probably my least favorites though.
Mohawk remains my favorite SCMM and Mech in general.
@MQLord:Wouldn't work, plus Ein had some weird build involving the NG Pumpkins.

Mohawk is also my favorite. I really like huge gun-toting mecha. The unwieldiness of it makes it APPEALING. I didn't like Steve, though. It's easy to see it was rushed.

Hope it will be good (as we have been waiting almost 2 months now for it) As long as it blows Steve and Nemesis out of the water I will be happy. (Prays that it is not another rawrdamagekillsu mech-we have had too many of those) Perhaps one that heals / stuns.?

Fav's include the LBM, Morehawk and theAC-490(among others)

Reading all these posts makes me feel stupid for deleting my character that had almost all of the SCMM. I had the Mohawk and Reaper near the level that character was, and most of the other early ones at lower levels.

@MQlord: I bought the armada upgrade, so I can delete the SC characters whenever I want to and keep my Star Captainship.
