You should be able to save text in a file online or offline the forums so you can later open the file or edit the file without having to continue to re-type something. Would also be helpful for answering Q/A's.

That would actually be a good idea.

But considering the amount of work the forum staff would have to do to code it, I'll just say. Copy and Paste into a Word document.

As Puppy said, opening a NotePad Document (TextEdit for Macs), is just as easy, perhaps easier than using a Word document as it keep the shape of you work. All computers come with the application and is easy to use. So there isn't really a need to code in a Template Save as there is already one on your computer.
