I reduced it by 6pixel even when I resized it. It said 100px. So I reduced it to 94px.

No, sorry! :)
Its 6px too tall!:(

So PNG signature images aren't allowed? ._. Why?

.png files are not allowed for avatar use, there is no problem with .png sigs if they are in size!

Its 9px too wide and 4px too tall = if you want to submit it you have to re-size it!

95x95px and 9.99 KB. This avatar appears to be within filesize limits, but I tested it by trying to upload it to my own account, and the filesize was considered too large. I'm not 100% sure of the reason, but you might want to consider converting the file to a .gif, to lower the filesize so that it won't be rejected.
^I tried .gif, the upload actually failed. Guess I wont be sending this.

Is my sig okie nao?

Sorry, but at 749px x 463px and 83.26KB, your signature infracts upon the limits (500x100 and 50KB). It appears that you have a lot of blank, white space in the image, though. If you crop it off and reduce the height of the remaining image slightly, your sig will be in size ~Stray

My mistake, it looks like I forgot to mention fixing the filesize. The filesize of the image is still over the limit, at 66.13 KB, but converting the file type from .png to .jpeg should reduce it to within limits. ~Stray
