I just clicked the 2000 ac special offer in Matomy and this one apperead

After that word it said's "Not completed yet"

This isn't me nagging the forums, it's me asking around to see if anyone has had the same issues.

Today I have done 3 surveys 100% accurately and went the extra mile to make sure that it was completed. I even have various screenshots(for 2/3 Surveys) proving completion. However, it hasn't rewarded me with my points. I contacted the help for Super Rewards and it will take 3-7+ days. This means that I will most likely miss out on being able to purchase items in the Delta phase in ED before it moves on to Omega and the items go rare. In the past they just haven't replied and my "Pending" request was deleted after 14 days. Has anyone else had this issue? I get this with every single survey that I complete. Super Rewards isn't the only company doing this.

I have the same problem and spend most my time veiwing videos for lower ammount of points, i have only ever been credited for one survey i think at the ammount of 144 battleon point's, in total i have spent about 50 hours completing surveys and never get credited, this equals something near 150-200 surveys over the 4 years i have been using AE extreas to get battleon points, i just got use to watching videos and using my mobile when i can but it is annoying :(

I forgot which offers but I know that any one that has play pickle infects computers with JackpotRewards ads.

I never got the reward

-by uninstalling this adware, it deletes all your computer files O_o. Plz remove all play pickle offers, they killed two of my computers!

Matomy has failed to process 4 offers of mine totaling over 1700 Artix points. Sending them requests then replying to the email 1 by 1 is tedious and for some reason I doubt a shady company like that will be giving me my points anytime soon. Not to mention I don't really have proof for all of them, most didn't send me a confirmation email but I'm already being spammed by multiple sources.

I even got a confirmation email from BestQuotes, and Angry Birds hunter tried its best to install a crapton of malware onto my computer. If I'm going to deal with a company trying to install viruses on my computer through you guys, can I at least get my Artix points?

Anyways, this is just a writeup to warn anyone who might be considering wasting their time and risking their email of spam/computer of viruses- as of now I have not received points. To be fair 3 very small offers totaling <300 points have been confirmed for me, however it has been well past the allotted hour and I have not received my points.

If I receive my points I will edit this post stating I have indeed recieved them, as I know many fail to edit complaint posts after receiving their goods/services.

How long the reward took to be applied: Never. I downloaded the game and followed all of the steps. I had screenshots of each step. I have appealed three times now through their system. I sent them links to picpaste. I replied through their English/French automated email in English and French and sent the links again. Finally, I turned my screenshots into a video and sent that in when I appealed again. It has been a week since my last appeal. No reply and no points.

All of this is after the software sneakily installed a web toolbar and changed my internet settings, it also put dozens of cookies on my computer. Thank goodness my antivirus caught it. I am not complaining about this part, I am just saying they did all of this to me and still did not award me my points. They did the same to me with 4 other offers worth over 1,300 points each. I tried their offers in both Internet Explorer and Firefox.

I attempted to complete this offer multiple times. Usually I would get a blank white pop up screen on the ad page, and then the ad would vanish from the selections. The only time it actually linked to a different page, it would redirect repeatedly to a black screen, then the main page when the download link was clicked. The download would not start and the offer wouldn't pay out.

i've been sending emails to AE about my account takeing a negative hit for AC's on a AE extra that was for a survey that i acctually had to dispute with the company to get took screens an sent an was awarded for my time for fillng out the survey an joining as a member to do so was never awarded for any thing that i didnt do i need help i hate seing that negative 561 ac's in my inventory

It says offers are delayed by 15 minutes, however in my offer history it lists them as simply viewed and not completed. I have tried installing it with adblock turned off so that it might go through, but there was no difference. My AQW username is Shadestar.
