The listed tentacle fury IV (85z) states damage as 31-92.3 plus 116%. That stat percentage is less than the #2 version and makes it weaker than some level 50 spells. Can you double check that number?

The Fear only lasts 2 rounds for me, not sure if that's what its meant to be or if its a bug.
