Yes they are MC they don't pay a damage penalty for their status inflictions.

When I use Green Envy, I counted 4 hits.

Edit: /facepalm I missed, that's why :/

Edit 2: The MP cost for Blue Blazes VIII should be 481, I'm not sure why. I'm sure I have the level 130 version in my inventory and that it's sellback is the same price as the other two.

Blue Blazes VIII indeed has 481 mp cost (must be a mistake) but possibly its stats are of VII version too at the moment? Edit: nm, probably correct stats since burn is lv130.
