My oponent got 39 dex , i got 108 dex + %6 Shadow arts

He used maul = No block for me

After he used Berserker =No block for me

Than i use strike = he blocked

Can someone tell me how this happened ??? pls if i dont get a good answer i will quit this game now , im realy annoyed from this luck factor

 maybe he was pure lucky cause that too me makes no sence.

I donīt answer to prevent you from leaving the game but i want to tell you why this could happen.
There is the RNG (Random Number Generator) which is like a "luck factor". With those stats you
had a block rate of 51%. Maximum is 55%. The minimum block chance is still 4%.
Shadow Arts + high dex is no guarantee to have 100% block chance !

This happens to me too. All I say to myself is "My blocks are tired and need a rest" :)

Normaly i say it just luck and dont care but today i battled 6-7 5 focus Hunter they got 10-20 dex and %4 shadow art advantage and they did +2 blocks every battle and i lost all of them. But when i got 69 dex + %6 Shadow advantage still i didnt do a block and my oponent is the blocking one :S

Sometimes this game become ridiculus and unfair and make me think this game dont worth my money and time :S

@Thylek: I thought the max block rate was 45% as stated on the ED Formulas and Calculations.

@Frostlich Shadow Arts can go above it. And since Turkish had 6 shadow arts, its a max of 51.

Hey Turkish lemme figure out the % of you being able to block your opponents using the forumla below.

[Formula] Block Chance = 10% + (Defender's Dexterity - Attacker's Dexterity) / 2
If a defender is stunned, then the defender has a 0% chance to block.

Taken from ED Wiki

So its your Dex (108) - opponents Dex (39) which = 69
Divided by 2 = 34.5 round up to 35% but now add the base 10% chance to block, it = 45% to block.
Now add the extra 6% from SA thats a total of 51% of blocking you opponent.

51% is the percentage of you blocking you opponent, which is like every 2nd strike you'll block him.

But i do remember it saying somewhere the maximum chance of a player blocking someone is like 45% so you percentage of blocking your opponent will be reduced to only 45%

:P I had 2k wins , Turkish had 500 :P (Ages Ago) And now he got +10k Then Me :P So Yh He's Great. And , Man ur unlucky thats all !!!
Or its a bug of blocks.. Should be fixed ! !

My way of looking at this and life is not to give a crap, be happy about everything that happens/ or you come across and carry on.
My view on this game is Good and Bad in it's own ways but it's fun so I play it. At times it the game can run along in your favour and sometimes it can seem like the game wants to try and eliminate you from it's ervers lol - but that's just life...

(Keep in mind that this is my P.O.V and I am sorry if I have "offended" anyone by this O_o)

On the info I have from SUPīs Battle Mechanics calculator the maximum
can be extended to 55% with Shadow Arts. He has the info from Titan.
