^110 HP 5-bonus heal-looping tact mercs. (You get more MP from taking more damage and you get to heal earlier)

i mean much more HP.
IMO if they use 5 focus they should receive an extra damage for every focus ammount they have.

stun grenade, plasma grenade, overlord, plasma bolt, fireball, multi shot, artillery strike (the normal merc version) and plasma rain.

^LIST OF ALL FIXED DMG SKILL THAT WILL scale WITH YOUR LEVEL, AND WILL GET BUFFS.

^i have no idea how they will do this but whatever.

i think they are to make us use debuffs like smoke screen and malf less (this could the other way cuz they destroyed bots)

@EdV That would be bad, I hope the agility nerf will be stronger so specifically TlMs such as myself won't get the advantage of tank, heal-loop, OP robot damage, rerouting high amounts of energy, and having hybrid ALTOGETHER... This doesn't bode well.

You can still use your robot, you just can't spam it anymore. If your mad about that, you really need to learn how to play. I tried to give you a constructive summary, but instead of looking at my analysis you shot it down. Unfortunately that shows more about you as a player, then it does hurt me. I know for a fact that anybody whining about a Gamma Bot nerf, or a focus nerf, has very little experience actually "playing" and using there head in this game. I have no problem with +5 focus, it has just been a broken link to an overpowered tool for way to long.

Also, early Beta was way before your time. Don't kid yourself. Robots came at the end of beta.

those are caster skills not % skills

@gold on the DNs it said fixed dmg skills will scale with your level. i didn't say anything about % skills

Do you have a robot? No I'm guessing, probably losing to people who use it more effectively than you do anyway. Wth who cares about hurting people on the forums there's no need as this is a discussion? Besides, I am arguing to you that the nerf endangers robots usage offensively in a critical manner and you are arguing that the nerf is a pro. Sorry if I am shooting your argument down but isn't that the role of the thread's creator or simply a supporter's nature to counter rejections?

Ahem, I stated that I was in the early beta, I played for some time until robots were released so I did play before robots using other builds and changed when robots were releases if this was a bit vague.

This, robot, is a feature of EpicDuel since beta and it is a weapon to be manipulated by any owners and a weapon it is... You will have to ACCEPT that. Not going to comment on the flaming part of that sentence.

@Nexus Ok so your saying that me or any other player that have a problem with our builds and bots being nerfed have little to none experience in actually playing this game just because we dont use a lot of strategy? Oh yeah that sure makes sense. Seriously your just making a false assumption. If you have no problem with 5 Focus Builds why do you have a problem with its users?

Whiel I do not care for the caustic chice of words that Goldslayer used. I think that it is rather nice that the robots are getting this nerf. While I never personally thought that 5-focus buils were noob (they are very well balance), the fact that they would be used just for the gamma bot combo, was indeed, v ery annoying, and a little too effective with mercs and TLMs who simply used 5-focus, let hybrid armor cover there behinds for def, and then SPAM tech so that their gamma bot would be super powerful. 5-focus will not go away, and that's fine. That's why the devs did good with this particular nerf

Let me guess, you are both TLM's? Also, I do have a robot, but this whole thread has turned into a your wrong, I'm right thread, in which the owner does not take constructive posts into consideration. You have the right to be mad about a nerf, I never said you didn't. However nerfs happen all the time, this one just took way to long to happen. I'm sorry you have become so attached to your Robot, but I guess its time to say goodbye to the good old overpowered robot days in which you could crush any non-varium with your Gamma Bot. Also, I don't think whining about how your robot can't be spammed anymore will get you anywhere.

Since the OP doesn't want to hear me post anymore, I guess he doesn't deserve my feedback. So, you can respond to this, but I'll never read it.

Pfffffffffffffffffffffffffff (f x 1000000000) I would have looked into your posts with more thought and understanding if you didn't start with 'whining that your robot doesn't work, it still does! You just can't spam it anymore, which makes everyone happier. So go out, find a new build, and stop crying. Its time for you to start relying on your head to play this game, not long overpowered stats, tools, and copied builds such as robots, focus, and the spammed +5 focus tank. ', its really insensitive to people complaining such as myself to start flame-bait here. You're just rude, Nexus.

well i looked at greenrain's char (exvoid)
and i can see why he's pissed off about his robot getting nerfed.
he's lvl 32 and probably relies on his robot to win.

like i said before
theres 2 types of 5 focus user.
pro (who dont rely on bots as much unless in tight situations)
and non creative newbs (who dont know how to make builds so they put everything on 45 and have all their stat spreadsheet messed up)
and greenrain (exvoid)
doesn't seem like the pro if he's complaining about robot getting nerfed.

the opperative word being COULD, the only way that is possible NOW, is if time rewound to gamma and the TLM wasn't in existance, try that kind of build, and it may do fine, until you come across a str BH, str Merc, str TLM, support mage, blood mage who has his act together. And let me be clear, this is in 1v1 only, 5-focus builds really only work in 2v2 if you are a merc or TLM

jeez man, I went and agreed with you, and you hit me with this, nice, real mature dude. and as for the "balance" i mentioned, I meant that it is balanced, as in the str dex tech, and support are in harmony leaving decent ammounts left for health and MP, and also still have decent def and res (we only think it isn't deecent anymore when seeing the awsome tanking abilities of the TLM and merc), because after 45 you real try to start to spam those points (before enhancements) in order to make that skill super effective like you want

@Nexus Yes I am a TLM but regardless of my class our bots should have not been nerfed. Regardless your post arent very constructive as you started out with simple stop "crying" response and continued to flame. It is a good thing this nerf took so long because it should have never been meant to happen.

Robot nerf is ridiculous, this ruined the entire build that i was making to my tactical mercenary.

As a Blood Mage this robot nerf BLOWS CHUNKS!

After adding Reflex boost, as a blood mage i was close to 50-50 standing toe to toe with equal level and equip'd Tact Mercs,
I did this by 5 focus build and leaving my energy at 44 thus able to use more points elesewhere.
Now I lose attacks that dont require energy, thus forcing me to use more, thereby weakening me again

This update is a huge INSULT to the Blood Mage class!

Of course Tact Mercs wont suffer, just one of their many builds.

 We're lowering the cooldown since we're sending both options into cooldown. We want to nerf it without making it useless.
