Attack Type 1 - Doctor When blasts his target with waves of energy, dealing 6 hits of 20% Melee Metal damage and inflicting one of the following effects:
Attack Type 2 - Doctor When hurls a blue box at his target, dealing 1 hit of 100% Melee Metal damage; if it connects, this attack adds +1 turn of cooldown to all of its target's skills. (Pop-up: Knocked all the way to next week! +1 to Cooldowns.)
- The first use of this attack inflicts 'Aged Sight' (-75 Bonus) upon its target for 2 turns.
- The second use of this attack inflicts 'Aged Recovery' (+X Health resistance) upon its target for 2 turns. The strength of this debuff is equal to Doctor When's All resistance from 'Impeccable Suit' (see below).
- The third use of this attack inflicts 'Aged Precision' (-200 Crit) upon its target for 2 turns.
Attack Type 3 / 3.1 / 3.2 - Doctor When shoots a multitude of laser beams at his target, dealing 17 hits of 15% Melee Metal damage, attempting to inflict 'Overwhelmed' (a stun) upon it for one turn, and transferring all DoT effects active on Doctor When to his target. This attack's damage increases by 33% for every status effect inflicted upon Doctor When.
Attack Type 4 - Doctor When casts a barrier, dealing no damage but applying 'Readied' (+20 Boost) to himself for 4 turns. Attacking Doctor When while he is under the effects of 'Readied' will inflict 'Rebounding Time' (a 100% damage Fear DoT) upon his attacker for 5 turns. (Pop-up: Doctor When prepares himself for incoming attacks.)
Doctor When is permanently affected by 'Impeccable Suit,' raising his All resistance by +80 and lowering his Health resistance by -80. 'Impeccable Suit' will lose -1 All resistance and gain +1 Health resistance for every 1% of maximum HP Doctor When loses, flooring at +0 All and -0 Health.
After being hit twice in the same turn, Doctor When will apply 'Not So Fast' (+300 Melee/Pierce/Magic) to himself for the remainder of the turn.
Doctor When follows the skill rotation; Attack Type 1 (×3) -> Attack Type 2 -> Attack Type 3 -> Attack Type 4 -> Repeat.
