Cyber Hunters need their Static Charge reduced to 30% and be PASSIVE.

I for once, actually agree with Lord Sinastr, a TLM. Its true, most noobs would complain about TLM but it's not that they're too strong, their weps are too weak to EVEN compete with 10k varium players...

i use a 5 focus build with my CH and its quite useful with an assault bot.
like i have an strategy for each and every build i encounter too and it works quite well.
and i actually heal looped as well with this build.

static charge is now awesome. allows you to precisely plan your build. I use mine to give me enough energy to heal.
When we get Tactical Mercs Hybrid armour and they lose it, CHs are gonna be godlike :) likely see a lot of people switch.

well...not to be stalker-ish redxtra but i looked at ur char. i think a dex/support build will be the BEST for u. look at ur weps, and ur armor. ur armor is a resistance armor so already that decides whether u focus more on dex or tech and since dex would be better for u right now, a bot build wont be the best. also, ur weapon arrangement also decides what offense type u would be. surely looks like something great for support build. k, well...

back on topic...
CH needs a shadow art that increases 10% hit chance than block chance. they both keep stun effects. i have suggested this in the forums. or...have diamond blades renamed to...idk. :C

i think i will change to a cyber hunter too cause theyre pretty fun and there are some crazy good builds for them:D

but like a lot of people say that us CH are the worse of the classes
but even if it is so... CH is the funnest class to use and when ever someone finds that one build for CH the beats everything then there will be a lot of copy paste builds because of it lol

well, CH is still a bit easy for me to kill. i have only been defeated 3 times out of 20. i find it stupid that most CH would have lower defense than resistance and still would spam more tech than dex...what a disgrace...

Hmmm...acctually CH is really quite good. I use a 5 focus build and quite high support. It pretty well counters many str TLMs cos I have a +31 defense matrix and a 39 techician buff. A lvl 33 with 70+40 str hit a 3 on me even tough im 32

Im using a multi build now for 2v2 and NPCs [Lawman and Admin 12] and its been awesome :)

well i was every class. And right now the most underpowered class is CH. TLM is definatly the strongest. Bloodmage is good if you want a str build or an extremely high tech build. For CH it would be good if it had Bloodlust or if Static Charge restored Energy and Health. It was preety good with a high str build till massacre got a huge nerf. I am currently testing BH to see how strong it is and it is stronger then CH for what ive seen.
