No it doesn't. Guardian tags only go on equipment that is tagged as Guardian. Head of Raydius Dragon has no such tag in the database. The Trophy Hunt quest limiting an item to Guardians only does not make the item therein require a Guardian tag. Especially since the Trophy Hunt was accessible to adventurers and some have the Head of Raydius Dragon.

IIRC the difference there was the Shearhide war was guardian only. The item was never available to adventurers to begin with. Head of Raydius Dragon was available to all until a later point in time when the Trophy Hunt was made Guardian only.
Huh guess I'm wrong then. I could've sworn that back when I was still an AK that was changed... *Shrugs*

I'm not sure what you're arguing about, but the Shearhide war was previously available to everyone. Including Adventurers.

Items with this Tag are only available to Guardian characters.

This tag only applies to the item's current status, regardless of whether or not Adventurers could buy the item in the past. This is to prevent newer Adventurers from thinking they can obtain the item, when in fact they can't.

This is different than what is used in the AQ Info pages. There, "Guardian" means that the item never could have been obtained by Adventurers in any way, and (if, somehow, an Adventurer obtained one) that an Adventurer cannot equip such an item. On character sheets, such items are marked in red.


Added Tag for the above reason. Since HoRD cannot be obtained by Adventurer's now, I've added the Tag. - Dragoon23

I was the person as AVA who gave out the info as I've checked it with my Adventurer character.

I'm a bit confused.
I assume that the Head of Raydius Dragon needs a Guardian tag and to be a Guardian item in-game as well on character sheets it should be marked in red since at the moment the Trophy Hunt quest is only available to Guardian characters. This is to prevent confusion especially to newer Adventurers from thinking they can obtain the item, when in fact they can't. I'm sorry and please correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks. :)

You are right -if I'm understanding this correctly- in saying that the entry for HoRD needs the "Guardian" tag, so adventurers that look it up will know that they can't get it.

But it shouldn't be marked Guardian in-game (nor get the red colour on character pages), since that would make it effectively Guardian-only, and adventurers wouldn't be able to use it (even those that did adquire it legitimally when it was accesible to adventurers).

hi guys, I originally posted a problem about this in the Q/A forums, but was asked to post it here instead:

Misc: MegaSnide Transformation Formula & MegasSnide Transformation
Probel: Maybe it's an encylopedia entry error or a game issue, but whenever I equip the said misc item, it raises by STR and END by the valid amount (according to the pedia entry) but it only decreases by CHA from 120 to 100 (the pedia entry says "-40 CHA"). Here's the direct quote:

Effect: Normally, nothing. You can click on the item during your turn to transform into the MegaSnide Transformation armor, which also gives you +40 STR, +20 END, -40 CHA as long as you remain in the armour. Equipping the armour has no cost.


Also, it says that "as long as you remain in the armour" that you get the bonuses and -40 CHA. It looks like, however, that the armor carries over into the next battle without having the boosts (you have to equip the formula again for them). Finally, there seems to be some sort of animation issue with the armor itself, as seen by when you equip your weapon. No matter what I equipped, it had a "tick...tock" motion to it. I know that isn't really descriptive, but you have to see it youself to understand what I mean. Again, though, not the armor animation, just the weapon's animation when your holding it while wearing the armor.

Amulet of Drakonnan/Amulet of Drakonnan G:

When you unequip this item when you have less mana than you would lose by unequipping it, you lose HP as well. I wasn't able to find a pattern to the exact amount. At 21% resist to Ice and 100% resists to everything else and with 200 natural INT, I lost 122 HP when unequipping the level 130 Amulet of Drakonnan while I had 193 MP.

I assumed it was supposed to happen. That's why I posted it in info submission instead of bug reports. I'm indicating that it's information about the item that's missing from the encyclopedia entry for the item.

Is this a chance of not acting AFTER the status is inflicted, or a chance of INFLICTING itself??

Anyway, some info is missing -- Either *inflicting chance* or *not acting chance*

The numbers listed under The Spark of Daw are the inflict chances excluding the "*[hits connected]/[hits attempted] *[monster Energy resistance]" part.

The inflict chance is 100%. Well, assuming that at least one hit connects.

THe chance of the monster not acting is what I listed as "chance of the monster not acting".

They are correct. Koree is also rolling in the BTH modifiers (*85/(85+BTH)) into the multipliers.

Example - Level 143
1.2 Boost and 7 BTH.

Magic weapons:
=((1.2-1)*4/3+1)*100*(85/(85+7))
=117.03

Non Magic:
=1.2*100*(85/(85+7))
= 110.87

Spells
((1.2-1)*0.5+1)*100*(85/(85+7))
=101.6

I will add an analysis section to make it clearer.
