In other news, Liberty City crime rates have skyrocketed this week.
Petty theft has gone up 15%, while over 30 homicide cases were reported to the Liberty City Police Department this week.
Originally, the LCPD believed that the homicides were the work of a single serial killer, but witnesses at each scene reported an entirely different perpetrator.
In each case, the subject was left horribly deformed, not hurt, but somehow changed.
Large portions of their body had been altered, morphed into other organic matter, including shell, bone, cartilage, webs of slime and flesh, and in one case, an entire human face was found protruding from a man's arm.
In addition, the area surrounding the victim, in all cases, was found pitted and black, as if by an explosion, or long years of decay from acid, leaving only charred and aerated rock.
The perpetrators of the crimes were all described to be somehow pitted or rotted, often with their lips torn away, exposing their teeth even when their mouth was closed.
In addition, the alleged perpetrators were often somehow discolored, leading some to believe that the murders are the result of a physical ailment with powerful psychological effects.
These rumors are of yet unconfirmed, but citizens are advised to stay off of the streets after dar- *Kzzhhzz*
