I prefer the level cap rising once every 9 months to 1 year. In between that time, all seasonal rares can be released for each level. So there would be all seasonal rares to purchase from Valentine's Day to Christmas for a level 35 for example. When the level cap rises it does not matter. As long as there is a 365 day gap between each level cap, it should be fine. Then staff would have the freedom of an entire year to focus on features and seasonal events. Cool? On the 'epic' or 'mega' item idea, all items should be equal in power but different in form depending on the level. Costs is appropriate on occasions, but then risk scaring off the lovely free-2-play community and then EpicDuel fails because majority of the demography is missing and battles are always limited and the power level differences would be huge... depending on who paid how much. That is all, for now.
