People complain about how many loss players have compared to their wins but wht if you could buy a item to reset all that.

not supported. if you don't like your win record, make a new character.

all my records are great...just a suggestion for the lower levels

I don't think being able to artificially change your record is a good idea, its like lying to yourself and everybody that looks at your record. What if a faction leader is looking for people with good win %s? People with changed records might be recruited and then lose 75% of battles, and thats not fair to the founder.

Does this affect the progress that you made in battles? Ie... a player with 1, 900 total wins uses this item to reset their record. After 100 wins with a reset record, will they be able to still obtain Hero rank? Or no?

Not suported since it could make our lose reset from 0 again which is a bad thing.
