Title says it all, I'm tired of having 'noob' partners, so this will greatly decrease the number of those.
let the 'pros' be with the 'pros' and the 'noobs' be with the 'noobs'.

For example my winning percentage is 76%, I'd be the partner to someone who has near that percentage. Simple idea, how ED would do this? not to sure, but from what I know about coding, it shouldn't be TOO difficult to code into the game.

Ones ratio can be bad but that doesn't mean they are bad players since there are OP classes around and you lose easily to them. Ratio proves nothing since players make mistakes early on and not everyone have money to Class jump so their ratio is ~perfect since there's no perfect ratio but only one's ego.

Not supported. There are ways to fix it by giving better Level scaling, not judging by ratios which can cause even more bad.

Legendary AK!!!

This won't happen for the same reason that partner linking won't happen; it punishes the lower levels and/or non varium players by giving them the short end of the stick every time.

And where there is Trans and Mallet, there is DeathHound.

Basing it on a ratio is terrible. For one, it's determined by level, and even level 30s can be "noobs" when they don't have a good build/stat to grasp. Let alone having the worse weapons.

Ego seems about right.

Partner linking is a little bit worse than this, don't you think? He's asking for a higher ratio, not making it 100% fatal to the enemies. That's like partnering up 2 level 35s with all of the Infernal Weapons, and then they somehow get the noobiest of enemies. The reason the level difference is 5 is because it also gives them a chance to experience what the higher levels (lol by 5?) play. They might learn a thing or two.

I once saw a level 21 beat a level 29, because the 35 was ill prepared in his build. This level 29 had more losses than wins. By alot. However, the level 21 knew how to come back at any situation. Point is: 5 levels is not alot, and the chances of getting someone down by 5 levels is a 1:5 chance ( i think... [when was the last time i did ratios?] >_<).

I also don't support this. If you don't like getting nooby partners then don't play 2v2. And you probably have the advantage in battles just as much as the disadvantage.

Technically the chance for a level 35 to get someone down by 5 levels is 1:6. (16.6% chance to get 35, 34, 33, 32, 31, or 30.) But since there are so many 34s and 35s, the chances are actually more like 1:30

Not supported. This would only make the players with the pro win rates better. I.E., the varium players in the all time 2v2 leader board.
