Easy fix, you can trust me on this... have team 1 and team 2 have an equal number of turns. If 2 players are fighting 2 players, it goes team1A, team2A, team1B, team2B. If someone dies, or if someone disconnects, for example player team2B, it goes team1A, team2A, team1B, team2A, team1A, team2A... etc. However, it is unknown to me, but speed can be exploited with double the number of turns for a loner. So the loner's cooldowns and warmups would have to double as well.
