@winters key: rage is also based off of damage you deal, so getting blocked multiplies that by a little over 100%, as well as being deflected. Base statement is that if you have really high strength or support, or you just deal a lot of damage in 1 turn, you gain more rage, unless you crit, which, for some reason, gives me barely any rage. Chairman's fury gives the user back rage after it was stolen from the opponent. It works like assimilate, as if the opponent has no rage and you use chairman's fury, you gain less rage from that attack.
