Probably, but chaos hasn't been implemented in-game yet... he will most likely be a shadow one, or if they've almost completed the chaos card programming and stuff, then perhaps chaos.

Will these characters be available in the shop or in the wild?

I hope its first set of cards would not be the RNG based since I know the RNG hates my guts to the highest degree. X3

I really hope in the wild. And I wouldn't mind them to be as hard as the beasts as it will give me a boost in training as long as I know where their exact locations are. Oh and moderately easy to capture.

@below: Everyone will have them as soon as they are released o.o

I wish for a release the wait is killing me. like grandfather 2012 and young 2013 just to keep us going till the characters are released.

Just bought the Father Hour and there is a Legendary evolution of him, now I'm happy I did that since I'll be saving a couple of levels of grinding
