Alright, the reason why I think it is a bit UP is because bounties when they smoke I think it is hard for a merc to do anything. They are out tanked by tlms, (In my opinion). When a merc tries to do a strength build, I feel that they get blocked a lot by smokescreen or they get intimidated etc. When a strength merc gets smoked it is basically frustrating because there is almost no way to counter it. Assault bots (Both versions) and bio borg maybe intimidate I think are ways to counter. But then your basically using up a turn... (intimidate I think might probably get blocked due to the lack of dex). Lastly, you can use heal but since your a strength build your sort of a glass cannon and going to get just a stalled turn. Energy drains cripple the class as they have no way except energy boosts to gain energy back. So ya, that is why I think it is UP and why maybe a buff can help it. :P
