Contrary to common belief, I believe that it actually is balanced. While most of the cores are strongly centered around strength, it's not at such a drastic amount as to make strength builds overpowered. I've read things like "there is no more creativity." Before there was no creativity. I mean, creativity was like adding extra support to BM focus back in delta. Common opinion's defined "creativity" is pretty much using any build other than strength, focus, or caster. Now you might actually NEED true creativity if you want to beat those so-called "OP Strength Builds." Seriously, I'm using poison support CH and I've won a good chunk of my fights and I also lose some reasonably, just at about the same rate as before. I think there are too many presumptions that the system is unbalanced because 1) you can't use boosters and 2) people are still conforming to the new system. What I find slightly disconcerning is that a bunch of cores which anyone can access pretty much make previous promos obsolete. Also, infernal slayer, dragon buster, etc.. all are virtually useless compared to any other sword of the same damage type. I believe that some old promos/seasonal items should carry additional stat points so that they aren't the equivalent of pretty much any other normal weapon that anyone can buy. Also, we can't explore "true" creativity until there is a much larger stat cap when distributing stat points on items. 10 max on swords is truly limiting, and it makes it hard to explore new build types with such limits. I honestly don't care about the 2 HP/energy per 1 point; I'm fine with both ways.
