The point of all PvP is to get some kind of gauge of how good you are in the PvP, if you cannot see how many losses you have and only wins, there is very little motivation to compete. The point of people being able to see your losses, is it gives you more of a reason to win and it makes you care if you lose. It's weird to say this, but a game you cannot lose in and can only win, is pretty boring. I mean look at COD, have a bad K/D on there? Nobody really minds, some people may, but you ignore them, because you know there are so many people out there in the same position as you. The same is here, many people complain when they have a 7,000 wins to 2,500 losses (73% win rate), they battle some more and go to 10,000 wins to 5,000 losses (67% Win rate) - it's a worse rate than before, but it is still good, you have much higher wins than losses, and will continue to do so. In the 5,500 more battles fought there, 3,000 were won, 2,500 lost - if you ask me, any ratio you are winning more than you lose is good. Even if you win the same amount as you loose, it's still no big deal. At the end of the day, it motivates you to use other builds, try to improve yourself and to keep battling and finding new ways strategies. People have the choice to look at the positive or the negative side of this, it is their choice, but honestly, it makes this game much better than it would be without and I feel if the losses bar was removed, even the people complaining about it would realise that!
