It will be ever changing, kinda how cheapshot works. A merc with 24-29+35 damage and maxed Berzerker can ignore 60% defenses. The opponent, say a tank tlm, has 27-33+3+10 defense That is 59-64 damage versing 40-46 defense So, the 60% affects the armor, making it 40-46(0.6) The defense becomes 16-18 So, the attack becomes (59-64)-(16-18) 43-46 damage, versus the usual 50+
