EFFECT:
After all four hits, the monster can resist** and make a save:
    Level: 89 vs MonsterLvl
    Major: YourINT vs MonsterEND
    Minor: YourLUK vs MonsterLUK
If it fails, then it becomes Dazed* ([# of hits that connected] rounds; [monster ICE resistance]*25% chance of not acting). Ice-element monsters are immune*** to this.
