Okay so I've tried to stop myself from making this post, but I'm so fed up can't take it anymore. I'm a high tech defense tank with 92 (with stat bonus included) dex and 89 tech and have my yeti's attack blocked by enemy's who have the smoke screen debuff on them and have almost no dex to begin with, I'm always blocked, deflected and my stats are pretty hard and yet all the time this is happenning.

Is anyone else sick of the RNG I mean I as blocked for the 23 timesout of 30 battles with my yeti's attack wich is my powerhouse of my build cause without it I'm not doing like any damage. Anyway I'm not even thinking about what I'm writing I'm just ranting about this cause I'm so sick of it battles should be based on skill not luck, when I lose from skill I'm fine, but when I lose from a battle I know I should have won it really grinds my gears.

Just ignore my little rant here and discuss what's your opnion on the "RNG".

I hate RNG, I feel RNG ALWAYS favors my opponent. I've also tried battles vs people with 20 Dex or less who blocked me 5 times while I didn't block them a single time with 60 Dex and Reflex boost...It's all those luck based cores...#Blameluckbased cores :/

RNG spits on my face, throws me on the floor and walks on me...

I think the RNGs are absolutely ridiculous in jugg. Jugg, as of now, is literally 99% luck, as you have 2 people, sometimes having luck cores, ganging up on you. I was blocked 3 times in a row by a BH simply because he had max shadow and equal dex, and this was before he smoked. I also got crit stunned, followed up by crit gun by a TM with only 20 more support than me. I personally think that all luck-based passive cores (other than promo cores) should be removed, and that base chances for block, deflection, and crit be halved...

-Base Block, Critical, and Deflection rates are too high.

-The skill shadow arts needs to be completely rethought and have a new effect.

-If you have 100 dex and your opponent has 0, your chance to get blocked should be 1% no matter what skill cores and stuff they have.

-The solution is to lower all these base % chances slightly and offer better passive skill cores then random bonuses to your characters chances.

Todays situation.
I've done a few team battles and in all of them there was a female character. Every battle she had the first turn, used her Auxiliary and critted with it whoever she shot. And the best part, the Support difference wasn't especially high.

Shadow arts and the luck cores are the problem, making the RNG go crazy. (Ninja Reflexes, Deflection Shield, Mastery) The luck cores are completely unimaginative, and all they do is increase your chance of making your opponent mad at you. :/

I have ninja reflexes, shadow arts, and 90ish dex, and I block a lot. Too much.
