No matter how you put it,

I think the game was always faster at lower levels, because you have more chances to face unexperienced people.

The only difference was fighting NPCs.

theres also that factor.

at low lvl theres a much higher probability of facing someone inexperienced.
at lvl cap almost all players are well experienced.

but apparently we put in less effort, so having this skewed balance is justified according to some.

I do like The Priest's idea about how each level range gets different amount of points per win. Seems pretty interesting to me.

yeah but would it be fair if those low levels get the 500 cheevo, hen the 1000 cheevo and then the 2000 cheevo? I suggest all to get the same cheevo=2000 one so they don't get the other ones

Me personally in juggernaut. No matter if you have energy shield or not. Casters will kill you. They are cruel and it takes no build creativity. Just abuse your tech plasma twice and I am done for. They can hit 40+ with technology at 80. And with max plasma. And my resistance is 29-35 + 1 . Build creativity needs to be implemented in a deeper meaning thats different for each level.

Also.
In juggernaut level 33+ Battles take twice as long as if you were under level 30. If you take a look at reset usually its a low level domineered board as well as in 2v2. They can still lose 2 and still be at the top of their game.

I agree with beastmo here.
I tried the daily 2vs2 multiple times, i started at reset and kept going for 10 hours, non-stop and still a lower lvl made 50 wins more then me (i have around 70-80% win). Sometimes they log off so i went through, yet when they come back i always lose.

A lvl 35 cannot win a daily 2vs2 anymore when a lower lvl is also going for it.
They only need to play 15 hours to get the same number of wins as for us it will be 24 hours.

It's ridicoulos if you ask me...

it has been like that even before Omega started. Back then they always had the 2 vs 2 leaderboard while the higher levels had the 1 vs 1 LB and Jug LB. Only time I saw the high levels win 2 vs 2 consistently back then was during the infernal war.

Yeah I made a low level mage with assimilation and it really tears through an build, even if there higher leveled. I personally liked the idea of separating some leaderboards. Because before no low level had a chance of getting on the leaderboard except for 2v2 and now everyone is complaining that higher levels should rule again. I kinda like how low levels have a chance to shine now :)

For 1vs1 they can get 50 wins a hour. I at max can only get 35 (If I'm lucky) So as zeph said

They can take a break and still win. We unfortantly cannot.

remember back in delta NPC counted towards wins so it was a lot easier on the count that you could get up to 360 NPC a day without brainwashing if you were to fight 15 NPC and win against them unlike with 2 vs 2 where you had to go against real players 100% of the time with the exception of the infernal war.

low lvls had NPCs aswell.

the difference was, high lvls players adapted their builds/strategies to beat these npcs quicker. as opposed to lower lvls which are slower vs NPCs.

That's where you're wrong, we need to look into the past to fix the present. The Devs made a mistake by transitioning into Omega by removing npcs. Npcs have no negative side effects on this game in any way. All we did by removing npcs is demonize a group of players, lower revenues and last but not least cause this gap of lower and higher level players to exist. The solution is very simple and all we have to do is re implement npcs.

If they made NPC count as wins again it would destroy 1 vs 1 for factions and for people going for the cheevo. you might as well remove 1 vs 1 from the game because everyone in the right minds would just fight NPC for the 1 vs 1 cheevo and 1 vs 1 medal for their factions since NPC as now unlimited.

Honestly NPCs isn't the solution for everything. Npc's just made players think they were good when of course they were really not. Personally the removal of NPCs was a great idea. Others may disagree but whatever
