Sure, no problem with luck, that fact that my enemies get like 3-4-5 luck factors in row is normal.

 Unless it's a game like Mortal Kombat where you can move around the screen during battle and actively "dodge" or "block" an enemy's attacks, then there MUST be some elements of luck to give players a fighting chance instead of certain death.

The block change was a first step in minimizing some of the impact that random events have on fights. Still have more in the works. :)

@rabble
have you considered making luck factors static?
as in, no matter how much dex/tech/supp you have, you cant reduce my block/deflect/crit chance?

you would only be able to increase yours.

 For me, the change to block was heaven, as quite often I go against high dex builds, or BH's with higher dex than me, and 5-max shadow arts, so even 3 damage is good enough for me as I've said "it's better than nothing" :)
