 I'm not arguing. Opinion is fine but there's nothing to back it up. Devs have said multiple times, saying "X is OP, nerf it!" does NOT help because you don't state how you could change it or why. How are they supposed to nerf it? What if you're not happy with it? Hence why it's constructive feedback. <.<

Which is not relevant, because balance has literally nothing to do with opinion and entirely to do with math. Frostbite is rather underwhelming, i'd much rather slightly buff it than nerf shards.

Energy shot is linked to your sidearm, where frost is on your primary. You can't use energy shot if your sidearm is on cooldown.
Energy storm requires str (high strike dmg) to be any good, where frost always does 15.
EMP costs energy.
Assimilate is a different story, I personally think its still OP. Also, its a skill, not a core.

 @Demon Emperor: At high levels, energy storm takes around 10-15, depending on how much strike damage you have.

@trans on the wiki it says frostshards is a regular strike..
