i thought of a new skill: static rush

requires wrist blades

attack the enemys energy, converting 50% of the energy taken off the opponent into energy damage to the enemy, and absorbing 60% of the energy stolen into your own energy pool.

cooldown 3

lvl 1: 21% of primary and str bonus dealt as damage to their energy
lvl 2: 26%
lvl 3: 31%
lvl 4: 36%
lvl 5: 38%
lvl 6: 41%
lvl 7: 44%
lvl 8: 47%
lvl 9: 50%
max: 52%

requires 24 support at lvl 1, +3 support per level

Also, if it is blocked both the energy taken and damage done are reduced

4 turn cooldown would make it only usable once, maybe twice per fight given the shortness of Omega's battles. 3 turn cooldown would just turn it into static smash with damage instead of EP removed, and it would in the end still be weaker compared to static smash even if it was buffed to ignore defense.

I just changed my post. SC doesnt need changing. replace it.

basically a fusion of assim ans SS except you get a lower % of drain and it can hav both effects blocked.
weaker static smash, that also does energy damage(fixed to energy)

i think it would work well

@Ed Divine Darkness: The main thing about why assim is leagues weaker than static smash in EP drain and EP return is not because it does damage but because it gives rage. I fear that this could possibly overpower CH, but I guess we'll just have to see what passive-to-active changes will do to all the classes.
