I see many legion players complaining that exile had too many low level characters.

Sooo if that's the problem, why not take a break from your main and make a new character? Once all legion players abandon their high level mains, they could now have them quicker matches. Once all legion players become a low level, high leveled exile players will have no one to fight. Then after they realize it, legion has already racked up like a million points. Then they too must become low levels, and we shall really see if this war is not fair.

Not complaining! Just saying to those who have.

Ideally It would've been nicer if only players above level 24 could contribute war points because simply winning can easily be subjected to abuse like annoying players that purposely afk in 2v2 to let their side win.

war balance? I dunno.. either way they should make influence gain proportionate to level..
1-10 1 influence 1v1 5 influence 2v2
11-20 3 influence 1v1 8 influence 2v2
21-30 4 influence 1v1 11 influence 2v2
31-35 5 influence 1v1 15 influence 2v2

or something along those lines

 That'd not work either, Rein. Legion can have majority of players at 21-30 whilst Exile has some 31-35 and rest in the lower tier (below 20), then how would that be fair? The lower you go, the faster battles are and vice versa.

It wouldn't work. The numbers would have to be variables that change depending on active players fighting in the war and that one is impossible to do.

if battles are so much quicker at lower levels then it balances out~ Easy as that to see the higher someones level "ranking" in the war then obviously they should earn more influence for there side
why would a 'rookie' gain just as much influence as a 'veteran' ( low level/ high level respectively ) doesn't make sense really.

 To an extent, yeah it should work but I'd be more worried about battle speed and how it averages out with other players at different level ranges. Although, that should apply to War Influence instead of Personal/Faction, since that'd make it even more unfair to have lower levels in the faction and allowing them to catch up with higher-end factions.

I can see this new system being abused as well. People would just use/make lower level accounts and with all the stat freedom given use quick kill builds to farm fast war points and influence. In the lower levels some matches don't even last 2 rounds because of this.
