Take both out. The special - when triggered - deals Light damage as opposed to Darkness and 75% of the damage dealt is returned as MP. You don't attack monster's MP pool. The second point is also wrong because 1st hit does 1/2 damage and other does 1/6 damage.

Lastly, the first version of the entry is right. The special deals total of 1/2 + 1/6 damage which is 66.66% damage (or *2/3). Then half of the damage dealt goes to HP (Darkness) or 3/4 of it go to MP (Light).

    The weapon is no special, so it always gets the *1.09 bonus. It's just not mentioned - remember the Fire Wand from Barry Jotter quest? IMR forgot to include it. The spell is a compression, and penalty is paid with the MC bonus. Weapon's *1.09 bonus does not apply to spells, because it's not a weapon attack.

    The -10 BTH can't be included on the spell if its BTH is 38, I would of thought it would be 28. I doubt it's original BTH is 48.
    Might want to also check the weapon's BTH on the entry
