to make bounty a lil different, lets change it a bit. buff grenade, increase massacre % by 5% at all levels, reduce poison costs by 5 at all levels and make initial damage 100%.

Can you at least justify why the buff is needed? No, Poison doesn't need to be cheaper (especially not by -5 EP), no it doesn't need to deal 100% damage because it'd render TLM's Poison Grenade quite weak compared to Venom and no, Massacre doesn't need any buffs because it was nerfed for a reason. Buff Grenade in what way?

You gotta be a bit more creative and justify why it's needed. Furthermore, are you assuming passives to be active skills or the current system? I doubt ANY suggestions will be accepted under the current passive system.

well, tlm has reroute to spam grenade and grenade is unblockable. while hunter version is blockable. also grenade has no requirement( no club requirement or stat requirement).

Grenade-24 damage, 13 energy
Plasma Bolt-26 damage- 13 energy
Bunker Buster-23-29 damage, 19 energy
Those are the base stats for the three skills. These skills are what I consider to be the basic ordnance attacks of the three classes.
I can say I feel its justified for grenade to get an increase.

Don't put Stun Grenade with the pure offensive skills. Because it does not belong in that group.

You could try comparing it with maul, overload, and plasma grenade since they are also stun moves

They are stun moves, but like I said, I'm comparing it to ordnance like skills. Other than that, bounty only has two other strong skills, massacre and multi-shot. I compared it to the skills I did because grenade is bounty's main skill that deals high damage.
But I will compare them like you said.
Grenade-24 damage, 13 energy
Overload-25 damage, 12 energy
Maul-Base weapon damage, ignoring 20% defenses, 12 energy

As you can see, ALL the stun moves are weak in a way :P

Stun Grenade MAXED-39 Damage, 31 energy
Overload MAXED-41 Damage, 30 energy
Maul MAXED- ignores 20% of defense, 40% chance to stun (You must incorporate that damage of the level)

The basic classes aren't even obsolete.

The Mercenaries certainly don't need buffing especially with Static Smash added.
The Tech Mages certainly don't need buffing.
And obviously, the Bounty Hunters don't need buffing.

The only unbalanced class is the Cyber Hunter, no matter the rage Static Charges and how they can be blocked as easily.

Bounty is the only one I think needs not a buff, but a change. Not a lot of skills that can dish damage. But, I guess I can't say anything until they do that update with actives/passives... Wish they'd finally get around to that...
^This is the base classes, TLM wont be discussed.

BH is not near obsolete or remotely weaker compared to other classes. You're simply naming the skills that are less useful than others rather than even taking into consideration that the class has other skills far superior to the skills of other classes that compensate for the useless skills such as stun grenade.

emp + smoke improved by tech, -.-. is like a intimidate from blood mage improved by strength, very OP, bh not need be improved

yeh we are waiting till it happens to start complaining , bounty has been nerfed countless times with excuse it had bloodlust when it changes to active its effect will get weaker and might get excluded so we will start talking about how we don't have any offensive skill but masacre with its high warmup and manacost.

now with blood mages taking away bloodlust advantage while having HUGE offense we WILL start complaining just later We are too busy winning to complain

also we are waiting to see if shadow arts will become offensive side like giving crict and block chance.

i do agree all poisons must get a boost now since a bot with focus 5 can save up 26 energy for the same power.

but i disagree about the said things masacre already increase by 9-11% per level having the highest scale of all , also grenade main purpose is stun so it shouldn't deal alot of damage , bountys don't deal much damage but are the most strategic masacre is fine it is as strong as lvl 10 berzeker at 5 saving 5 points which are usually spread between smoke and EMP.

for the above smoke ain't that strong for fact it lowers defense making you need 5 turns to get rage.
