well this is a core which we recive heath and energy each round
3%of the max hp you got each turn.
2%of max energy each turn.
so for example
if a player got 700 hp and 600enegry
you will get 21 hp and 12 energy each round

All ideas for cores go into this thread that was made sometime back. There is no need to make a topic for each individual core.
