 One ting that really annoys me with this skill is whenever I atomsmash, my energy gets taken away from assim + they get that battery thing which gives them another 350 energy.

Especially when they are looping, because every 3rd round I atom smash his energy , then he used assim to DEPLETE ALL MY energy which is annoying.

If you were to put the cooldown to 4, atleast I can use one of my skills to heal or something It shouldn''t hurt tech mages since they have the other energy regain.

What makes you think assimilate is the problem when lowering the cooldown will just make them time their battery backups differently, and likely kill you anyway with increased aggression?

The problem is battery backup.

Not supported in the least.

This change will affect all TM builds not just one. As Xendran said the real problem is the battery back up not Assimilation.

The problem is battery can only be used to make opponent waste a turn by itself. Whenever you battery bam all energy gone, making assimilation have to be used.
