A very weak skill not worth investing in almost any case, so I was thinking it probably deserved a buff: Changes: -Applies a new debuff, which increases the damage the target takes by 5% by all non-poison sources for 2 turns. If double strike is used on the same target before the debuff wears out, it stacks and resets. Can stack up to 3 times, upon which another double strike use will merely reset the duration of the debuff. 30-damage hits such as ones from botanical hazard will always deal 30 even with this debuff applied, and thorns damage from bio borg is not multiplied by this debuff. A field medic or an assault bot cleanse removes the debuff instantly and entirely. -Energy cost reduced by 15 at all levels. -The second hit of the two is unblockable. -Damage boost nerfed by 3% at all levels. Merc and TLM will benefit from these changes by: -Being able to apply more pressure in 2v2 matches -Combo by building up stacks into a strong hit, such as a rage frenzy, berzerker, or a surgical strike. -Allow easier use of the skill without worrying too much about its previously high energy costs.
