The level 70 and 80 entries for the Axe of Mana have a misspelled word in their description. "weawpon" instead of "weapon".

Done, thanks! ~Peachii

A few of the King Dragon/DC versions of the weapons in the Ravenloss Card Shoppe don't seem to have LUK included in their pedia pages. They're supposed to have +13 LUK.

Done, thanks! ~Peachii

Stormhawk III drop version sellback is 10 gold.
Also, the drop version of Ebil Incarnate Axe IV needs the DA symbol added, and the DC version shouldn't have "This item requires a Dragon Amulet" in its description. I don't know if the DC version requires the amulet, but it doesn't say that in its description.

The information and correction for these weapons have been added to their respective entries. Thank you for your help. ~Occavatra

I beleive it’s worth mentioning that the Stormhawk switches between elements every distinct skill, not every distinct hit of damage—for example, I used, on the Junkyard Driller, DoomKnight’s Lingering Doom, which dealt 5 hits of Energy Damage, and then used Corruption next turn, which dealt 3 hits of Ice damage. I was using Stormhawk III when I found this out.

I guess this would be an appropriate effect:

Special Effect: Alternates between the elements Energy and Ice for each distinct skill used.

In the end it could be added that:

Note that the change of elements occurs for every distinct skill/ability used, not for every hit of damage dealt on the opponent. That means that a skill that does 2 hits of damage would do Energy Damage on every odd-numbered turn and Ice Damage on every even-numbered turn.

I specifically didn’t use Shape Darkness because the thing is 2x weak to it, so that’s how the weapon works.

Rose Engraved Broadsword VII
This fine sword has been forged by the dwarves of Lymcrest for the Rose. The engraved runes are said to glow near particularly magical sites. The runes don't seem to ever stop glowing. This item requires a Dragon Amulet.

Location: Rose Engraved
Price: 46,000 Gold
Sellback: 4,600 Gold

Level: 80
Damage: 79-97
Element: Metal
Bonuses: Block +7, Dodge +7, Parry +7, Crit +11, Magic Def +2, Pierce Def +2, Melee Def +2, WIS +7, END +7, CHA +6, LUK +6, STR +14, Bonus +9, Health -4, Darkness +9, Nature +9, Water +8, Fire, +8

Rarity: 25
Item Type: Sword
Attack Type: Melee
Category: Weapon
Equip Spot: Weapon

Also, since STR affects Immo resistance now, I'm not sure if I should include the Immo resist from STR. The level 80 level gives 14 STR which translates to 3 Immo resist.

Stephen Nix already has that entry posted in the weapon's thread, but thanks for your help nevertheless. ~Occavatra

All have On Hit as their special activation, should be Attack button.

(I wish they did 200% damage on hit >.>)

All fixed, thank you. [Jay]

All the weapons in the Frostval war shop (Candy dagger, staff, and cane) heal 10% of your HP when the special is activated, not 5% (the special rate is still 5% per hit though)

Fixed, thanks! ~Peachii

Under what conditions was this tested? With no WIS or any other incoming health modifiers, I found the Sword and Cane/(Staff) both healed 5% of my max HP, whereas the Dagger healed 10% of my Max HP. Will assume the 5% rate is correct as that is common for most healing weapons. [Jay]

I noticed that the dagger healed 10% on hit, so I assumed the result would've been the same for the rest. My bad.

^Only the dagger heals 10%; the sword and staff heal 5%.
While the subject has been brought up, all of the weapons in this shop actually have a 5% chance to heal 10% of your maximum HP on-hit, despite the fact that it says 5% in their descriptions.

Confirmed via testing with Level 80 iterations, thank you. Will conduct further tests on the others individually, just in case there are any anomalies like with the above Candy Sword/Cane being 5% and Dagger being 10%. [Jay]

Time to fix all of the weapon special pages.

Firebrand had its special altered earlier this year.

Special Name: Fireblast
Special Activation: On-hit
Special Damage: Replaces one hit of less than 100% damage with Ceiling(SquareRoot(YourLevel)*12.5 + STR/2)
Special Element: As weapon
Special Damage Type: As weapon
Special Rate: 2.5%

  • STR is your character's STR stat, item bonuses included.
  • Ceiling(value) means that "value" is always rounded UP, even if it is 0.0001

Firelock and Fireline are intended to have the same special (with INT/DEX in the formula instead of STR), but they are bugged and the specials do not activate at all.

All versions of Depths of Madness are bugged, and contain a special that their sword and staff equivalents do not.

    Special Name: Spider Slayer Mode
    Special Activation: Bug-type enemies
Special Damage: Replaces all hits with 130% damage
    Special Element: As weapon
    Special Damage Type: As weapon
    Special Rate: 100%

All other race trigger specials were updated earlier this year to use the new damage boost formula instead of the old damage replacement formula.
  • Spider Slayer Sword, Spider Slayer Staff, and Spider Slayer Dagger now provide a 30% damage bonus to Bug enemies instead of replacing all hits with 130% damage.
  • Fallen Ice Dragon Sword, Fallen Ice Dragon Staff, and Fallen Ice Dragon Edge now provide a 30% damage bonus to Human enemies instead of replacing all hits with 130% damage.
  • ZardSlayer Blade, ZardSlayer Staff, and ZardSlayer Shiv now provide a 50% damage bonus to Reptilian enemies instead of replacing all hits with 150% damage.
  • Luckrist now provides a 30% damage bonus to Goblinkind enemies instead of replacing all hits with 130% damage.
  • DragonBlaser now provides a 30% damage bonus to Dragon enemies and a 15% damage bonus to Reptilian enemies instead of replacing all hits with 130% or 115% damage.
  • Dragon Blade now provides a 15% damage bonus to Dragon enemies and a 10% damage bonus to Reptilian enemies instead of replacing all hits with 115% or 110% damage.
  • All of the Escelense weapons now provide a 30% damage bonus to Elemental enemies instead of replacing all hits with 130% damage.
  • Sun God Scythe now provides a 30% damage bonus to Elemental enemies instead of replacing all hits with 130% damage.
  • Jova's Fury, Jova's Wrath, and Jova's Rage now provide a 30% damage bonus to Reptilian enemies instead of replacing all hits with 130% damage.

The Naturecast weapons were similarly fixed; Ruby Spike, Arnice Magica, Banesidhe, and Varkouli now have a 15% chance of applying a 10% damage bonus to any one hit, instead of replacing any one hit with 110% damage. They also copy the element and damage type of whatever weapon you've shown them over.

  • The Blade of Destiny's special is scaled to the Attack button and does not always deal 3 hits of 100% damage; it will deal 3 hits of 25% damage for a class such as Archivist and 3 hits of 280% damage for a class such as DoomKnight. The same applies to IceScythe, Lim's Hybrid Hammer, Cysero's Hybrid Staff, and Yix's Hybrid Dagger.
  • The specials for Energy Consumer, Energy Devourer, and Energy Entity are also scaled to the Attack button. The specials also use your weapon's damage type, instead of being locked to Melee as their pages currently suggest (should you show them over another weapon in order to use their specials).
  • The specials for Chronokeeper and Dark Chronokeeper are also scaled to the Attack button. The special also uses your weapon's element, instead of being locked to Energy as the pages currently suggest.

The special for all of the Frost Giant weapons deals one hit of 300% damage, not one hit of 200% damage.

The special for the Snowflake on a Stick only deals two hits of 100% damage and copies your weapon's element and damage type (instead of being locked to Ice and Magic as the page currently suggests).

The special for the Sneegion Sword of DOOM copies your weapon's element, instead of being locked to Evil as the page currently suggests.

The actual attack for the Hamstorm weapons' special copies your weapon's element and damage type.

The actual attack for the Vanilla Ice Katana's special copies your weapon's element instead of being locked to Ice.

Think that's it. If there are any I've forgotten I'll edit this post or make a new one.

All of the above specials have been corrected (among other errors), thank you!

Side note: The Snowflake on a Stick linked above actually doesn't have a special at all; only the higher level iterations do. I removed the special section and added a note explaining this. [Jay]

Note added to both entries, thank you! [Jay]

These are the currently made entries for the Ancient Frost Moglin Set; and I’m placing this here for ease of merging when they are all finished:

    Level 90 Dagger
    Level 20 Dagger
    Level 10 Dagger

    Level 90 Staff
    Level 20 Staff
    Level 10 Staff

    Level 90 Mace
    Level 20 Mace
    Level 10 Mace

I shall add more to the list as they are made.

    These entries have been merged.

For future reference, there were quite a lot of corrections that needed to be made on all of these entries. There is no rush to be the first to post an entry, and accuracy is always more important than speed, otherwise it just creates more unnecessary work. Contribution is most helpful when it creates less work, not more. [Jay]

A ton of weapon specials were fixed/standardized yesterday, many of them being the ones I submitted info for here last November.

Depth of Madness's special has been removed.

ZardSlayer Blade, ZardSlayer Staff, and ZardSlayer Shiv provide a 30% damage bonus to Reptilian enemies, not 50%.

The Blade of Destiny's special is no longer scaled to the Attack button; it now deals three hits of 200% Light damage regardless of what class you use. The proc rate has also been lowered from 20% to 10%.

The specials for Energy Consumer, Energy Devourer, and Energy Entity are no longer scaled to the Attack button; they now deal three hits of 200% Energy damage regardless of what class you use. The proc rate has also been raised from 1% to 5%.

IceScythe's special is no longer scaled to the Attack button; it now deals three hits of 200% Ice damage regardless of what class you use.

The specials for Lim's Hybrid Hammer, Cysero's Hybrid Staff, and Yix's Hybrid Dagger are no longer scaled to the Attack button; they now deal 3 hits of 200% Energy damage regardless of what class you use.

The specials for Chronokeeper and Dark Chronokeeper are no longer scaled to the Attack button and are now locked to Energy. They now deal seven hits of 175% Energy damage regardless of what class you use.

The special for the Sneegion Sword of DOOM is now locked to Evil.

The special for the Hamstorm weapons is now locked to ???.

The special for the Vanilla Ice Katana is now locked to Ice.

The specials for the Frostval 2009 weapons now heal 5% HP instead of 10%. The daggers and the swords now provide a bonus to DEX and STR, respectively, instead of INT.

The specials for RAZE A Glass and ChamPAIN Skullcracker now heal 5% HP instead of 10%.

Candy Dagger's special now heals 5% HP instead of 10%.

The Blade of Revelry and its variants were previously bugged to not have their specials activate at all (as their entries do not mention). The weapons now have a 5% chance to heal 5% HP on-hit.

    Thanks to Verlyrus for information.

...aaaaand we're all done. Let's pretend that November update never happened. Thanks! [Jay]

    Melted Stirring Spoon's main image:

    Paladin Axe's main image:

Unlucky 13th Dagger's alternative image can be removed. Basically the same image as the main one so no point in re-uploading it. Same can be done for Unlucky 13th Sword.

    All done, thank you! [Jay]
