The issue with this is that all the armours and hairstyles are tailored to there specific classes, you have Merc's with their muscle, Hunter's with their generally agile looking gear, and so on... The whole reason that is the case is to give more meaning to classes and to allow for a more unique feeling as each class. If hairstyles and armours were all to become possible to be worn by any class if a player pays Varium for it, then it would lead to confusion as players cannot straight away recognise the class of the opponent they are facing (granted you cannot tell between the two Merc's or the two Hunter's or the two Mages), but at least you can tell which kind of bracket it is. Not only this, but it would require changing the hardcoded system in place that locks classes and hairstyles to specific classes. As a result, this is very unlikely to be put into the game, especially with players having to pay Varium for such a thing. Armours and hairstyles are separate for a reason and it is unlikely for this to change any time soon, locking this up as a result.
