Always happy around some undead, especially these ones! Makes me think some of Sepulchure's undead should've looked like these ones.

Some interesting lore we're getting here, too! From what I've seen from the rare waves, this Angel may have been what ended the war between the Shapeless Empire and the Dragons of Azaveyr. Don't know how this would relate to our Dragon though.

Edit: Ah, I just noticed that the war meter's upside down! Nice touch.

A look into Azaveyr's past is always welcome, and I really love the animations in this war - both the background and the monsters.

A question: Did Uaanta understand our dragon when he spoke? I don't think she has a DA.

So we are yet to encounter another Maleurous and this time they're a merge between a spirit of doom and an Azayveran dragon slayer. Although given that they have hatred of dragons that would have likely rivaled Galanoth in his early days I have to wonder if they bore witness to the burning of Maar or be potentially from Volkenraand, considering we've yet to venture there yet and things are seemingly revving up in the region and based on the rare waves we see with the magester cloaked skeleton's they've clearly killed and battled those from the Shapeless Empire long before stealing whatever this artifact from the Avatars happen to be.

It also seems based on Angel's poetry and Remthalas' comment that they stay in the recesses of this crypt to keep them from having to remember the trauma they received from fighting dragons...and potentially any innocent victims they might have taken when they became what they are now. I wonder if being shrouded in utter darkness is a means of keeping the half of them that is now a spirit of doom in check considering how often those things drone on about darkness. It would also appear that they likely have a dragon bone gauntlet, not sure if that's more of a trophy or likely actual protective armor/weapon, and if it is in fact the latter how much more is underneath the robe?

Also anyone else they're going to try and use this artifact to make dragons go extinct? It feels like that where this whole endgame boils down to...that or something doom/undead related.

Oh and just because I didn't say it earlier *ahem* WARRRRR!

This is probably extremely unlikely... BUT with the talk of us having the advantage of fighting as a the hero and dragon simultaneously and what looks like the Malerous's dragon bone gauntlet, I have a glimmer of hope for a dracomancer class coming, or maybe we might just get an trinket that would modify our dragonslayer class

doubt thats going to be a thing... and even if it is we are still waiting for fleshweaver and the yearly whatever type of epoch they wanna make.

regarding the war it feels to me like once again the war meter will bump up by quite a bit once we reach "100%" just like last time. not much we can do about that though other than keep on going.

I imagine we would have informed them of what we've faced of those affiliated with doom/shadowscythe back in the orb and calamity sagas, so I'd guess that she'd understand, at least to some degree at this point, that there are those amongst the darkness that are evil in nature and she's still pretty devoted to the Avatars so I doubt she would have any thoughts on the Angel beyond dealing with them.

However, I'm a little bit curious then if there are any beings of Doom on her side of the world given that her people have a good relationship with Darkness which probably wouldn't be possible if the Shadowscythe were considering they don't like to share the canvas.
