Man this war is going fast. I was hoping to reach level 90 and get enough defenders metals to fully upgrade my Defenders Ring, Necklace and Belt from the next war. But at this pace the war will be over by Tuesday and i'm barely 10% of the way to my defenders metal goal. Well there's always the next war

What a surprise!

I know this placeholder cutscene was not what we were intended to see upon reaching 50%, however I personally found it hilarious, and really hope it somehow stays as an "easter egg" of sorts... it reminds me of quests in the Fire and Water Orb sagas, and even a Book 2 quest, that had hidden treasure chests you could click on to be taken to extra, "joke" cutscenes if you had a keen eye. Something like this in the real cutscene or war camp would be fantastic!

I know it was just a joke cutscene. But i like this approach. Maybe we could have a enemy like this someday. Someone we could fight and stop his/her evil plans, but on a friendly base. Maybe destroying his new base during the first half of the day, and during the second half, meeting him for lunch. Or golf. Or Twilly-punting. Things like that.
