So I am looking into creating a gimmick build where blocking or dodging attacks cause damage to enemies, basically opposite of backlash. So far, I only see that cutting edge guard and the recent misc brightslayer dirk does that. Are there any other items that damage enemies significantly from blocking/missing, increase blocking, etc?

Though not directly, Prime Chaos Orb does allow you to ramp up damage dealt against you and toward monster indefinitely so long as you can dodge attacks while using the items you listed.
